Our first Contractor of the Month for 2025!
Congrats Rydec Painting and Tiling ltd.
Another local South Wales team spearheaded by Ryan Williams, responsible for bringing the residential flats to life!
They began the project with mist coating the walls,
before tiling the kitchen and bathroom areas. Today the team are in giving our floor 5 show flat its final lick of paint, ahead of the remaining flats.
The Rydec team working on the Biophilic Living site is made up of 4 tilers and 4 painters, alongside 2 apprentices building their skills across numerous decoration tasks such as preparations and mistcoating.
“We have almost completed the tiling works and the mistcoats throughout the appartments ready for final
decorations. The Helix management team; Carwyn, Lee and David have been a great support and are always on hand if needed. We look forward to this year with bringing the internal side of the building to life and showcasing our skills. We have a huge and very exciting year ahead!”
